New Orleanians awoke on Thursday morning to life inside a snow globe: big, fluttery snowflakes filled the sky and covered plants, cars, and buildings. Read all about it and see beautiful photos from John McCusker of the Times-Picayune in the news story “A winter wonderland in Mid-City”.
